Change the World Four Hours at a Time
We are looking for Volunteers to join our dynamic team in offering engaging, hands-on museum experiences in science education. Tellus Volunteers are responsible for the Fossil Dig and Gem Panning areas, providing guests information in and for the solar-powered house, at the Foucault Pendulum, greeting guests, and helping in our digital Planetarium as “Co-pilots.” Volunteers are also integral to the success of our special events.
Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age to start their volunteer experience!
To become a Volunteer
- Meet with the Volunteer Coordinator for an interview
- Attend one of our Volunteer Open House/Orientation events
