Give in honor or in memory of a loved one
Any donation, small or large, to Tellus Science Museum can be designated in honor or in memory of a friend, family member, or loved one. These special gifts are an incredibly meaningful way to honor the life of someone close to you.

Give a gift of stock
A gift of long-term, appreciated securities (stock, bonds, or mutual fund shares) allows you to claim the full fair market value of the stock as a tax deduction. Often, you can also avoid paying capital gains tax. You may also choose to sell stock that has lost value and donate the proceeds from the sale. You can then deduct the capital loss, as well as the amount of the sale of the stock. Since opening in 2009, Tellus Science Museum has brought world-class science education to families throughout the Southeast.
