Bring a part of Tellus to your classroom, educational group, or facility! With kits covering a variety of topics, Tellus Traveling Trunks support K-12 instruction and beyond.
Each trunk comes packed with:
- A kit of specimens with descriptions
- Lesson plans for multiple grade levels
- Access to videos to support lessons
- Master copies of activity pages and resources
- Reference and background material
important procedures:
- Tellus Traveling Trunks are free to use but require a refundable $50 security fee to reserve.
- Security fee will be refunded upon the return of the Tellus Traveling Trunk unless pieces are damaged or missing.
- Tellus Traveling Trunks are available in 2 week increments but can be booked for multiple weeks.
- Check outs and returns occur on Friday between 11 AM and 5 PM.
