GO BEYOND THE HORIZON... THE EVENT HORIZON, THAT IS!

Explore the supermassive black holes at the center of Messier 87 and the Milky Way with Dr. Justin Robinson from Georgia State University!

Using real images captured by the Event Horizon Telescope, learn what a black hole is, how they’re created, the special technology used to capture these rare images, and how real black holes compare to what you see in popular movies and TV.

STAY + EXPLORE!

See the physics of a black hole unfold in real time with a gravity well demonstration. Then make and decorate your own mini black hole simulation to take home!
