WHAT’S THE MATTER
Students will examine the states of matter. “Chilling” demonstrations using liquid nitrogen allow students to experience condensation and evaporation. They will find out how molecules behave when matter changes from state to state and will take part in a tasty experiment while changing a liquid to a solid. Program will run for 2 hours.
