Take a seat, lean back and prepare for an incredible ride in the Tellus planetarium on our new state-of-the-art projector. The digital projector will take you through our solar system to the edge of the galaxy and beyond.

Adults and children of all ages will enjoy this unique experience. Planetarium tickets are $3.50 for the first show with paid museum admission. A second show during a single visit to the museum costs $2.

Super Volcanoes is an immersive planetarium show that looks at rare classes of eruptions that have marshaled the energy that lurks, like a sleeping dragon, beneath the surface of planet Earth. The program moves beyond Earth to explore the impact of giant volcanic eruptions around our solar system. Audiences will fly down to Neptune’s frigid moon Triton, and Jupiter’s moon Io.
